His journey started at Culinary School of Bordeaux, with internships at prestigious institutions like Chez Dubern. Baptiste worked alongside Chef Quique DaCosta in Spain, learning molecular cuisine and new techniques. He gained Michelin star experience working with Philippe Etchebest at l'Hostellerie de Plaisance in Saint-Émilion.
After arriving in St. Barth, Baptiste worked at Gaiac restaurant at The Toiny Hotel before settling as an independent private chef and caterer.
